Refunds and Returns
We do not do returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your purchase arrives to you damaged or faulty we ask that you contact us via email at "email@example.com". We will then ask you to return the item/items within 30days of purchase.
All returned items must be returned in the packaging you received them in, and must be sent through tracked courier as they are expensive precious metals ano stones which cannot to risked getting lost.
A refund will only be issued once we receive the damaged/faulty item and it has been inspected by our Master Jeweller. If a refund has been approved the payment will be returned (excluding postage, if it’s an optional return ) via the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be returned.
